I am so EXCITED! I finally bought myself a baking stone and it even came with a pizza peel. I used a gift card I got almost last year (thanks Ann) and it only cost me 98 cents. I can't wait to try it out. I think I am going to try foccacia bread. I will let you know how the stone works out.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE those stones. Someone got me one for my wedding and it was just about my favorite gift. I probably use it more for cookies than pizza, though. Have Fu-un!
ReplyDeleteA peel is the big, flat, wooden spatula-like thing that you use to put the pizza in and take it out of the oven.
